Return Policy
Lemon Drop does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. Customers may cancel all I shipped orders at any time for a full refund. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Items sales are final due to hygienic reasons.
Exception
Lemon Drop will only exchange goods if they are defective. If items are defective, promptly contact us at email address thelemondropeffect@gmail.com. Contact within 7 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days. We will respond with the appropriate exchange instructions. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged/Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
Items must be returned in original product packaging.
Damaged Products Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contactus via email within 7 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days. We will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of replacement. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to Covid-19, order processing and shipping timelines may be slightly delayed.

Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days. All orders process and ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Packages do not ship from our location on weekends or the following US holidays:

Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method. Remote locations may require additional time for delivery.
